Referencing by Identifier

Overview

Within the Enhanced and Simplified messages, there exists a concept to reduce the repetition of information in some messages through the use of referencing collections in a 'datalist'.

These are used to force the party to send back information in a referenced collection when the reference to that collection is mandatory.
