Customer requests a change of a paid order prior to travel resulting in additional collection due to penalty and forfeited amount

Description

This use case illustrates the change of the whole itinerary prior to travel resulting in a additional collection. The change restrictions of the existing Order impose a penalty for a change. In addition, a forfeited amount is included due to an un-refundable tax which cannot be recovered and this also affects the total amount due to the airline. In this use case, the change is first accepted and then paid in a subsequent step.
